Corrections Policy
Last updated
We work hard to get things right, and when we get something wrong we fix it openly. This page explains how to tell us about a mistake and what we do next.
Reporting a mistake
Email hello@bizztor.com with the link to the article, what you think is wrong and, if you can, a source that shows the correct information. Anyone can ask for a correction, including the people and companies we write about.
What we do
- An editor reviews every request and replies, usually within two working days.
- If a fact is wrong, we correct the article and add a note at the end saying what was changed and when.
- If an error changes the meaning of the article, the correction note goes at the top as well.
- We fix spelling, grammar and broken links without a note, as they do not change the facts.
- Updated figures from a source (for example, revised funding totals) are noted as updates, not corrections.
Removing articles
We do not remove articles because they are unwelcome. We will remove or change content where it is unlawful, puts someone at risk, or is seriously wrong and cannot be corrected, and we will say that we have done so.
