Launched by a bunch of professionals from the food and beverage (F&B) the Delhi-based company offers real-time table bookings at restaurants at five-star hotels and stand-alone brands, deals with every reservation, insider tips, critic reviews, as well as a dining loyalty program for diners booking through its platform.

EazyDiner is launching operations in Mumbai this week, followed by Bengaluru and Pune later in the year. Money raised will be used for geographical expansion to 12 cities by end of 2016 and Dubai as well as technology up gradation, said the company’s cofounder and senior vice president, Rohit Dasgupta.
The platform currently lists over 19,000 restaurants and bars with menus, and offers real-time reservations at over 500 partner restaurants in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai. It has an advanced database of active diners and recommendations by top food critics.
Last July EazyDiner raised a seed round of $1 million from DSG and Gulpreet Kohli, ex-managing director of Chrys Capital. Domestically EazyDiner competes with DineOut and Zomato. The latter acquired US-based NexTable in April with plans to offer table bookings in India, Australia and UAE.
